I am a regular coffee drinker, and have been for a number of years, and i have tried and tried dozens of brands and types.

I have a coffee percolator and express machine, but i also like instant granulated coffee and my favourate of any sort of dark roast is ," Dowe Egberts" in my opinion is the nicest tasting, but i am sure there are coffees equally as good and available where you live.

Let us all know what you drink, wether it be coffee, tea,or somethink else.

Sumatran and/or Kona through a French press. Strong and sweet.

Crema e Gusto Italian fine ground done in the eight cup Bialetti, and drunk as an espresso. That wakes me up from after a heavy night.

If it's instant, I agree about the Dowe Egberts.

I also strangely enjoy the sludgy stuff produced by my local Greek restaurant, you can stand your spoon up in the grits.

Dark roasted, usually French Roast these days, through a French Press, with some Silk brand soy milk.
I thought Dowe Egberts was a tobacco company..

Also in the summer months i like to drink tea(Earl Gray),i find very refreshing on warm days, and i know that it seems strange drinking a warm drink in hot weather, but it seems to do the trick.

Iced lemon tea is supose to be refreshing, but i have not tried it as yet.

My wife drinks only Tetley's tea (hot). I myself drink a lot of iced tea, during the day, but have to get that coffee in the morning. w00t.gif

Used to drink a lot of fresh ground, continental strength. Can't now though. Have the occasional cup after 3 in the afternoon. Stick to black tea with fresh lemon. Except for when I have a nice pint of Guinness in my hand. wink.gif Lovely!!!

I myself am trying to learn to drink coffee. I need something to get me going in the morning and I love the smell of fresh brewed coffee. Has anyone else tried the iced coffee from McDonalds? The vanilla with a packet of sweetner is pretty good.

I always drink my coffee, and tea in a pint mug,i have done so for years so i dread to think how much i drink in a day.

Another thing i drink on a regular basis( for medicinal purposes) is Tonic Water, because after i do my daily exercise i tend to get cramps ,and i read in a magazine about tonic water, apparently they put quinine as an additive, well it seems to work.

Quinine is great for cramps and indian tonic is a great source of quinine. failing that, bitter lemon. Don't mix it with Gin though. My wife does that and then she finds walking most problematic. After a few, I might add! laugh.gif

Just thinking about the subject of coffee, and a brand came into my mind i use to drink but cannot get any more.

"Rocket Fuel" ,no this is not a wind up,it genuinely went under that brand name, then all of a sudden Tescos stoped stocking it and started stocking the same product in a stupid little cardboard cup that you shake to heat the coffee up.

They worked out expensive compared to the same brand in jars, about four times the price per cup.
